" I had the opportunity to try Mac's Sushi last week while shopping. I must say, the sushi was surprisingly fresh for being in a food court. The salmon they used was bright and flavorful, definitely one of the better sushi spots I've encountered in a mall. The staff was friendly and even helped me choose a good roll for my taste. " Mac's Sushi at Oakville Place was disappointing this time. I ordered a spicy tuna roll and it was more like a spicy rice roll than anything else. The fish tasted off and the texture of the rice was overly mushy. On top of that, when I asked about their vegetarian options, the staff seemed confused and uninterested in helping. The ambiance of the food court didn’t help either, as it was noisy and uncomfortable. I really wanted to enjoy my meal, but despite my previous visits being decent, this one left much to be desired. " Fantastic place to grab lunch when I'm at the mall! Their rolls are generally very fresh and taste great. I personally think they have the best miso soup around!
